Your right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer in the EU you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. On top of that we offer a 30-day return window. You may use the model form below, but you are not obliged to — a clear statement is enough.

Sealed items

Albums, photocards, photobooks and other collectibles whose seal has been broken cannot be returned, for hygiene/integrity reasons. Items must be unused and undamaged, in their original, still-sealed packaging.

How it works

1. Fill in the form (or email us your order number and the items).
2. We’ll send you the return instructions.
3. Send the items back within 14 days of your notice.
4. We refund you within 14 days of receipt, to your original payment method.

Return costs

The cost of returning the items is for the customer’s account, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in that case we’ll resolve it for you at no cost.
